Cause i dontt see players on my team or any teams bring any towels bath or hand to wipe off sweat. Any one brings em to hot days when playing a match?Do you players bring bath towels to games?
I play tennis in south Florida...It's the summer and it is a hundred degrees out with like a billion percent humidity...
If I'm playing a serious match than I am going to wear a wrist band on both wrists, a headband, 2 pairs of sock, an extra pair of wrist bands, and 2 hand towels. I also bring a special glue-like substance that I rub into my hands before I start playing that helps to stop all of the sweat on my hands.
If I didn't take all of these steps than the racket would be flying out of my hand every shot from all of the sweat.Do you players bring bath towels to games?
Towels, in my case, are unnecessary. I have a water-absorbent over grip on my racket, I wear hats or visors to keep sweat from running in my eyes, and I wear a wrist band to either wipe my face or keep sweat from running down my arm.
I sweat like a hog every time I play, but i never bring a towel. Ive never seen the racket fall out of a players hand because of sweat, and ive seen 2 hour matches on hot days. It's all about preference. There are players on my team that do and some that don't.
