I would like to change it every day, but it got to the point of ridiculous for my mum who was washing 6 towels every day, so every 3 - 4 daysHow often do you change your bath towels for clean ones?
I used to use a different towel everyday.





But lately, I've just used 1 for a month. It's not like it's getting dirty. Just wet.
For my hair unless it's REALLY dirty I'll use the same towel for about a week. For my body, usually every other day or every three days.
i change my towels once a week. I take a shower about 5 to 6 times a week and change them every sunday.
A clean towel for every sower
Every other day.
I use each bath towel twice before changing it.
Every two days or so for the one that I dry my hair with daily for the one I dry my body with.

They go in the washer as soon as they have been used..So daily.
