Need some help finding high quality bath towels!?

I'm moving in today and I'm looking for some new bath towels that are thick and absorbent and hold up well. I have some nicer ones from Target that I've had for about two years, the problem is they are fraying and have loose thread all over the place. I would appreciate any input on where you found some nice bath towels. I'm looking for a chocolate brown color, but might consider other colors as well.
