Why do we wash bath towels? Aren't we clean when we use them?

because they would be covered in nasty bits of dead skin...and more importantly they wouldn't be all fluffy....don't you just love getting out of the bath and having a bath towel hug xWhy do we wash bath towels? Aren't we clean when we use them?

When we dry ourselves, we have just been in the shower, and a LOT of dead skin is loosened in the process. I don't know about you, but I prefer to wash that out of a towel before I use it again, especially if the towel was used by somebody else!
Because they start to get stale and smelly when they get damp. There will also be bits of dead skin scales on the towels from you wiping your skin dry.

Because the towels get wet,or stay damp, they can breed bacteria and germs. You need to wash them.
You wash towels because you leave scabby skin on it everytime you dry yourself, that makes the towel smell sour and nasty. You may think you are clean but we all have loose skin that gets worked loose when drying. Please wash your towels ok:))
Okay, I tell you what..... I'll have a shower then wipe my bum on the towel, then pass it over to you..... sound good?
No, dead skin cells etc...
Since they are moist after using them, they can harbor bacteria and get moldy and stinky. With your question...why clean our butts since they're only gonna get dirty again?

You can try not to wash it for a week..... do you feel comfortable without washing it? can you smell anything? yuck......
I wash mine after my bath or shower, because I lay my towel on the floor to stand on it. That way when I put on lotion and powder I don't get it on the carpeting.
