Why do people wash bath towels?

Aren't they used on the cleanest thing there is, a freshly washed body?Why do people wash bath towels?
But....they get wet all the time and then they smell like Mildew!!! PLus, you dry your bum with them and then your face. You can only get your bum so clean before you wonder what will grow with two weeks of moist, somewhat clean bum germs.Why do people wash bath towels?
Just think of all the dead skin that bath towels wipe off of your body after you shower. And then think of all the parts of your body that you dry. Hopefully that will make you want to wash your towels regularly.
yes, but eventually it gets dirty, just try it and see, don't wash it for like a month, and keep smelling it and you;ll see it won't have that fresh smell it once had when you first washed it.,,lol!
Touch and smell one you've used for a month and then do the same with one that came out of the washer and dryer and then tell me which one you'd rather use.
because after you take a shower, you don't completely take all the dirty away from you and besides, they get dirty with the dust in the environment.
Just because........ Think of all the places you put your towel...... wouldn't you want to wash it at least once in a while.... Nothing like a towel fresh in off of the clothes line that we use here in the trailer park!!!!!
because if you have a wet towel laying around for too long it will start to mildew.. and then if you use it, you'll smell. and then you will just have to shower all over again. endless cycle. best to wash!
Because whilst drying dead skin cells come off the body as well as they usually don't get dry all the way before mildew sets in and they begin to stink.
Because there's certain mineral in shower water from our bodies that can lead to fungus- not a nice way to get clean lol. Not many people know this though so they're probably just trying to be clean...

with a dirty 80 something year old grandmother who uses it to wash her sh!tty @ss or hands.





and its put on other peoples faces.i like having my own personal towel.
Because even though you're clean when you use them, bacteria will still grow on the towel....ewwww....
Because they get dirty like everything else.
its cuz when other people use your towels their like ';hmmmm...she had to wipe some weird areas'; so it just makes people feel better when you wash them
Because thay get dirty and thay moled and then thay stink!
Yeah, but there are germs that you're wiping off with your towel.





Not washing those is just plain grody!

they get wet a lot and sometimes don't dry fast and they get stinky...but good question ;)
Ewww, when you dry off dead skin collects in the fibers. And I just ate lunch too!

yep but after a while they have got wet and dried and needs to at least smell clean
because they get sour after you leave them out wet after a couple of days.
coz they start to smell bad after a while
