yes you should be clean after a shower/bath. some residual dirt and oils will remain on you even after showering though.

Over time they collect the dead skin cells we slough off during toweling.
because they touch your *ss :-)
Because the water will cause the towell to mildew. Any water that sits for a period of time in fabrics tend to mildew. And besides, after cleaning your ';areas'; i think you should consider it.
