Is there a way to restore fluffiness to bath towels and my once-fluffy towelling dressing gown?

I know what some of the others who have answered this have made some good suggestions ut one way i have found good is by hanging them out on the washing line on a nice windy day, as long as it is not to hot as that will make them go hard, also while they are more like dripping wet, or just been on a light spin.Is there a way to restore fluffiness to bath towels and my once-fluffy towelling dressing gown?
Use a lovely fabric conditioner, then tumble dry. I use tumble dryer balls, which help save electricity, as they help quicken the drying time, %26amp; separate my laundry as it dries. The result is lovely, fluffy, dry, sweet smelling towels %26amp; dressing gown. You can buy the dryer balls from Pound land. So for a pound, your problem will be solved. I agree with Coly. If you want your towels to stay fluffy and new do not use fabric conditioner.

White vinegar added to the final rinse will keep the pile from getting clogged and therefore the towels will be more absorbent. A good windy day is the best way to fluff towels and keep them looking newer for longer.

Believe it or not, fabric softener will wear the fluffiness out of your towels. I always add a cup of white vinegar in with the detergent when I wash towels... it works like a charm.
Next time you wash, add extra fabric softener to the rinse water...when you toss them in the dryer, add a couple of dyer sheets and several tennis balls.
yeah the tennis ball thing works fluffy tennis balls will bring back the fluffiness you can buy small spiky balls to put in which are designed for this but ive found they don't work as well.

Good luck,
tumble drying is the only way to obtain fluffy towels
NO
buy some fabric softener and tumble drying that should do the trick
