How do you get rid of that nasty ';sour'; smell on dish/hand/bath towels?

Wash them and add some baking soda and borax to the wash cycle . Use vinegar in your rinse cycle. Remove them promptly from the washer and toss into dryer. How do you get rid of that nasty ';sour'; smell on dish/hand/bath towels?

That smell is from mildew. You must be using your towels too long or maybe leaving them in the washer and forgetting to dry them fast enough. Just wash them and dry soon after and change your bath towels more often. Hope this helped!!!
Microwave a wet one, an/or wash it with bleach, use a fabric softener sheet.
Wash them.

Best wishes and God bless.
Wash them more often. don't put them away wet. Use white vinegar in the rinse water. Don't use fabric softener with scent That can make other smells stick to the material in the towels.
rinse with white vinegar
try adding some bleach
wash them with detergent, gain works well.
A good idea is to wash them with a good detergent and some bleach %26amp; fabric softener. If that doesn't do it, then it's time to replace them,.......
