Not unless its a very rough bath towel that would be able to scratch glass. Most likely, it will just cause streaks by releasing dust and oil caught on the fibers of the towel onto the mirror. I simple alternative is to blow the mirror with a hair dryer on high setting for about 5 seconds. No streaks! If it is a terry cloth towel than no. A lot of cheaper fabrics actually have traces of fiber glass in them (I know...weird) so over time the mirror will become scratched. That is why an eye doctor only recomends cleaning your glasses with a terry cloth....for that same reason.
no but it does sometimes leave streaks.the best way to de fog quickly if you have outputs in your bathroom is to use a hairdryer.


If you don't then just keep wiping with a towel it will not harm your mirror at all :-)
it wont damage the mirror, no! but it will leave those wiping marks untill the mirror is cleaned again.. its like writing your name on a foggy mirror or window, it will come back every time the window or mirror is foggy untill its cleaned
I've heard that it can scratch it, but you wipe your windows with paper towels that have little pieces of wood in it. I think it just makes it have a lot more streaks when it dries.
No but if you don't like it, use tissue paper. Bath towels are for your skin. Its best to use something else for the mirror.
